BOYS

Rankings

1. Bay Port (2-0): The defending Fox River Classic Conference champions are off to a fast start, defeating top-ranked Stevens Point for the second straight season, 76-66 on Friday.

2. Wrightstown (2-0): The Tigers have started out hot, averaging 72.5 points per game.

3. Oconto (2-0): The favorites to win the Packerland Conference are averaging 76.5 points.

4. West De Pere (3-0): Already with three wins, the Phantoms look to be near the top of the Bay Conference.  

5. Pulaski (1-0): The Red Raiders opened their season with a road win over New London.

6. Green Bay Notre Dame (1-0): Scored 96 points on the road in its season opener. Tritons have two more road games before playing at home.

7. De Pere (1-1): Dominated in a 55-10 win over Milwaukee South, but a comeback effort fell short in an overtime loss to Marshfield.

8. N.E.W. Lutheran (1-0): The Blazers opened the season as one of the top teams in Division 5 and won 83-49 over Sevastopol to begin the year.

9. Seymour (2-1): Two wins over FRCC teams in Ashwaubenon and Green Bay Southwest is a solid start for the Thunder.

10. Southern Door (2-1): Both wins for the Eagles have been by huge margins. Southern Door will be put to the test in its next games against N.E.W. Lutheran and Oconto.

American Family Insurance All-USA Green Bay performers of the week

Kyle Daoust, Southern Door: Scored 35 points for the Eagles in a 77-50 win over Kewaunee.

Chandler Zak, Notre Dame: Tallied 21 of his 28 points from beyond the arc in Notre Dame’s 95-55 win over Luxemburg-Casco.

Freeman Jackson, Green Bay West: Recorded a team-high 21 points, including six 3s in the Wildcats' 86-72 win over Bonduel.

Jack Plumb, Bay Port: The senior totaled 26 points in the Pirates' home win over Stevens Point.

Samuel Meerstein, N.E.W. Lutheran: Led the Blazers in their 83-47 win with a game-high 30 points and four 3s.

GIRLS

Rankings

1. Seymour (4-0): Averaging 69.8 points per game, the Thunder have wins over Ashwaubenon, Green Bay Southwest, West De Pere and Pulaski. Seymour has won every game by at least 19 points.

2. Bay Port (4-0): Already 2-0 in Fox River Classic Conference play, the Pirates are off to a good start with close wins over Luxemburg-Casco and Pulaski.

3. Wrightstown (3-1): After a season-opening loss, Wrightstown has dominated in a three-game win streak, winning by more than 30 points in each game.

4. Green Bay Notre Dame (3-1): Currently on a three-game win streak, the Tritons travel to Bay Port in a big FRCC game that could have conference championship implications.

5. Southern Door (4-0): Three out of the four wins have been on the road and have won by a minimum 19 points in each game.

6. Crivitz (4-0): The Wolverines have dominated to start the year and look like favorites in the M&O Conference.

7. Peshtigo (3-0): Bulldogs have won by 10 points or more in each game and face Southern Door next.  

8. Kewaunee (3-1): After losing 57-38 to Southern Door, Kewaunee has rebounded with three straight wins.

9. West De Pere (2-2): Despite a 71-52 loss to Seymour, the Phantoms should be near the top of the Bay Conference.

10. Luxemburg-Casco (1-2): After opening the season with two of the best local teams in Bay Port and Wrightstown, the Spartans look to rebound.

Tori DePerry, Shawano: Led Shawano to a 48-38 win, scoring a game-high 29 points.

Cassie Schiltz, Luxemburg-Casco: Recorded 26 points in a 72-52 win for Luxemburg-Casco over Fox Valley Lutheran.

Ella Diny, Wrightstown: Scored 26 points in Wrightstown’s 73-41 win over Little Chute.

Autumn Schlader, Ashwaubenon: Tallied 25 points with five rebounds in the Jaguars 58-44 win over FRCC rival Green Bay Preble.
