  • 20 bands announced for July 15-18 festival.
  • Tickets go on sale March 9.

Def Leppard, Avenged Sevenfold, Judas Priest and Alice Cooper will headline this summer's Rock USA at Ford Festival Park in Oshkosh.

Cooper tops the bill for the four-day festival's opening night of July 15. Also performing that day are Queensryche, Warrant, Vixen and Wayland.

Judas Priest will finish off the July 16 set of performers that also includes Lynyrd Skynyrd, Whitesnake, Dokken and Road trip.

Avenged Sevenfold will be the last band to hit the stage on July 17 and will follow Breaking Benjamin, Papa Roach, Pop Evil and Death Glare.

And the festival's final night of July 18 will feature Def Leppard, Styx, Tesla, Jackyl and Dellacoma Rio.

Alice Cooper will be back in the Fox Valley for Rock USA.

A 48-hour kick-off ticket sale begins at 8 a.m. March 9, featuring a four-day pass for $69. On March 11, tickets will go up to $79 and escalate two more times before hitting the final gate price of $159.

Single-day tickets will be $79 at the gate. Camping passes are sold separately.

This year's lineup seems to be a move back toward the classic rock recipe the festival featured in years past. The 2014 event, on the other hand, featured more contemporary hard rock acts at the top of the card, including Rob Zombie, Korn, Slayer and Three Days Grace.

Van Halen, Kid Rock and KISS are among the acts who have headlined Rock USA in its four-year history.
